By checking the box and proceeding to claim your API key, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. This is a legal agreement between you ("the User") and LMD Solutions ("the Company") governing your use of the API and related services provided by the Company.
The API provided by the Company is for informational purposes only. The machine learning model used in connection with the API aims to predict whether an Ethereum address is involved in fraudulent or malicious activities based on on-chain data. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the results provided by the API.
Upon subscribing with your email address, the Company will issue you an API key along with free credits for testing the service. The Company reserves the right to limit or revoke access to the API at any time, including if misuse or abuse of the API is detected.
The Company will collect and store only your email address and information about your usage of the API, which includes API request logs.This information will be used solely for internal monitoring purposes and to ensure the proper functioning of the service.No other personal data will be collected or stored.
The Company uses a third-party service, Brevo, to send transactional emails containing your API key. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge and consent to the use of Brevo for this purpose. The Company will not share your data with any other third parties, and Brevo will only have access to your email address for the purpose of sending the API key.
The API is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the API will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the API, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunities.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the API after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
